Couples looking for a great experience
The staff really made our stay nice, especially this one morning when the bartender went out of his way to make us feel welcome, he remembered our drink orders! The breakfast was surprisingly good, they had these amazing pastries that were fresh out of the oven and just melted in your mouth.
It wasn’t exactly affordable but still fair for what you get.

I recently stayed here for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The really good staff were helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring melbourne's shops and restaurants. I loved the beautifully designed rooms, which definitely exceeded my expectations from my previous visit in the city.

missingWrote a review on 08 Octcleanliness issues
Paid $660 for a high floor King room, but found the cleanliness subpar, notably a bath tub that had not been cleaned properly. The tap for the tub broke when I tried to turn it on, causing flooding. maintenance was not available since it was the weekend. I was moved to a lower floor room that had similar cleanliness issues, with some lights also not functioning. The lift is fancy but overly complicated, sometimes taking too long. No bottled water in the room either, forcing a trip back to reception, and the breakfast wasn’t worth the price. Overall, a frustrating experience for the cost.
